Beginner Level Sewing classes consist of 4 weeks of classes, once a week. This is perfect for those who are new to sewing on machines.
This level covers foundational skills, including how to set up and operate a sewing machine, basic stitching techniques, and the creation of simple projects. Each class concludes with a hands-on project to help you apply what you’ve learned.
We provide all you need for each of our sewing courses and workshops including: sewing machines, thread, and fabrics. All you need to do is bring yourself!

Class Schedule
Week 1: Learning the parts of sewing machine, straight stitch, back stitch, and a class project (scrunchie)
Week 2: Practicing beginner sewing techniques like top stitch, French seam, and a class project (pillow case with French Seam)
Week 3: Continuation of beginner sewing techniques and a class project (draw string bag)
Week 4: Alterations, bring to class what you would like to get altered and we work on it together!
